What if one person in our disneyland parks reservations can no longer go. Do you lose that ticket or can we use it at a later date.

Hey there, Juan! Thanks for coming to planDisney with your question.

Juan, the good news is that any wholly unused ticket can be transferred to another Guest. You can simply have the name on the ticket changed, either by contacting Ticket Services in advance or when you arrive at Disneyland Resort, at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. Also, most tickets have a long runway to use them. For instance, one-day tickets purchased in 2022 will not expire until the end of 2023. You can check the exact expiration date with Ticket Services as well.

The unused ticket will remain linked to the account you purchased it with, and you can make a new reservation when you’re ready. Reservations can be made 120 days in advance.

I hope this is helpful information, Juan! Even though one Guest in your party may not be able to go with you this time, I wish you a fun-filled visit with the rest of your crew.

    See ya real soon,
    Kamini
