Welcome to planDisney, Samantha! Thanks for coming to us with your question today. Tech hiccups can be frustrating, but I'm confident we can solve this together, so let's jump right in and get started.
First, you're going to want to ensure that you and your travel party are all linked through
My Disney Experience. Open up your
My Disney Experience app and tap on the main menu in the bottom right corner. Scroll until you see "My Profile," select that option, and toggle to "Family & Friends List" at the very top of the screen. Tap on "Add a Guest" and link to your party by entering their name and age or scanning their linking code.
Now, have your party member with the linked
tickets tap on "Tickets and Passes" from the main menu of their My Disney Experience app. At the top of the screen, they will be able to swipe through all of the tickets that are linked to their account. Scroll to the ticket that you want to be assigned to you and tap "Reassign Ticket." They will be able to select you from their linked guests and reassign the ticket to you. When that's done, you should be able to see it in your My Disney Experience account!
