Hey there, hi there, ho there, Ashlee!
Hooray-- it sounds like you’re planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth with some very important people! I hope you’re all getting excited for the magic that awaits you at the
Disneyland Resort.
Only the person who is making the
theme park reservations or virtual queue selections for attractions needs to add all of the group member's tickets to their Disney account. In the
Disneyland mobile app, tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and you’ll be able to scan the barcode for each family member’s ticket with a smartphone camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. When you first enter a theme park with your Disney eTicket, a Cast Member will issue each person their own paper ticket to use for re-entry.
Please keep in mind that you may not be able to locate the linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on
Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets via the website. However, if you linked them either online or in the app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app, you’re good to go!
I hope this answers your question, Ashlee, and that your Disneyland Resort family vacation is perfectly pixie-dusted! Please stop by
planDisney again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
