    If one of the people can’t go on our trip how long do we have to cancel only that persons vacation and will we get our money back?

    I’m sorry to hear that one member of your travel party cannot make the trip you’ve planned, but I completely understand that plans change, as does Walt Disney World! Luckily, cancellation policies have always been very lenient at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    I checked with Guest Services to confirm, and they explained that you may change or cancel Disney Resort Hotel Package bookings up to 30 days before arrival without penalty. However, changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package, and changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee. Therefore, the sooner you know that you need to make a change, the better! If you do need to modify your package, simply contact Disney Resort Reservations via telephone.
