Hiya Brenda and welcome to planDisney!
We love to see a good strategy here at planDisney. Personally, I feel that the beginning of any good visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is a solid game plan. For every day of my travels to the theme parks, I plan a midday break back at my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. But what about re-entry? Well, I'm happy to tell you that can absolutely leave the park and come back to that same park later in the day with your one park per-day
Theme Park Ticket.
Having that
Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System is definitely essential to your good time. You'll need that to enter the park the first time, let alone to enter a second time that day. As for capacity limits, there have traditionally only been a few days in the calendar year that the parks reach capacity and have to turn people away altogether. Usually, those are on holidays like Christmas day or New Year's Eve. Since your trip is set for right here at the tail end of August, I wouldn't worry too much about not being able to come back to the park after your nap or a refreshing dip in your resort pool.
Brenda, I hope I've been able to put your mind at ease. That midday break is a crucial part of my vacations and I recommend them to everyone. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!Happy planning!
