One of the members of my party is unable to make it to Disneyland with us and I need to get a refund on their ticket. How do I do that?

    Hi, Robert!

Thank you for asking planDisney this question about Disneyland Resort tickets. I’m sorry to hear someone in your party had a change of plans and won’t be able to join you at the Happiest Place on Earth, but I’m glad that a visit to the resort is still on the horizon for the rest of you!

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are actually non-refundable and can’t be canceled once you’ve agreed to the terms and conditions of purchasing them during your transaction. However, you do have the option of keeping the unused ticket for a future visit. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but even after they reach their expiration date, the price paid for an unused theme park ticket can always be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new ticket for another trip! If you’d still like to inquire about the possibility of a refund, please call the resort’s (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member about the details of your specific case or stop by a Main Entrance Ticket Booth in the Esplanade between the two theme parks during your trip to the resort.

I hope this information helps, Robert. Please send us any other pixie-dusted planning questions you may have as your vacation draws near!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
