One of the members of our party of 17 is special needs, so someone will have to stay with him at night. However, every person booked has a dining plan. Can meals be prepared to go for him and the person who has to stay behind using dining plan credits?

    Hi Cantrece,

Members of your traveling party could package up and bring back food for the two members who will be staying behind at the hotel in the evening, but I wouldn't recommend this plan as the food is likely to be cold when it arrives.  Also, it's difficult for the members of your party who are carrying the food through the Disney theme parks.

What I would recommend instead is to order from room service at your resort.  Although it takes two table service credits, it is possible to order a lovely warm meal from room service using your dining plan.  Yet another option is to use your dining plan credits for breakfast and lunch for the two guests who will be staying behind in the evening, and then pay out-of-pocket for dinner to be delivered to the hotel by an outside vendor.  You can call guest services at your resort for suggestions of local restaurants that deliver.

Wishing you and your large and wonderful traveling party a most magical Disney vacation!
