Hello there, Scott!
I hope that by the end of this question, like Disney’s Moana, I’ll be saying, “You’re Welcome.” I love a good My Disney Experience account tech challenge since my family often comes to me for assistance.
First things first, log into your
My Disney Experience account and go to your
“Family & Friends List.” Next, find your daughter’s name and select “Update” to the right of her name. You can select the plans you want to share with your daughter and choose “All My Plans” or “Only Our Shared Plans.” If your daughter manages her own account, she will need to accept an email invitation that will allow you two to share plans. Once she accepts the invitation, you should be able to see your daughter’s name appear under “People I Have Plans With.”
Scott, if this doesn’t work, this may mean that your daughter isn’t linked to your Disney Resort hotel reservation. To add your daughter to the reservation, you may be able to go to
“My Plans” and select “Modify Reservation.” If “Modify Reservation” is not available next to your Resort hotel reservation, you’ll want to
call a friendly Cast Member to help you. Alternatively, the Cast Members on the Walt Disney World Resort
chat feature on the right-hand side of the screen have been able to help me add my nephew to my reservation when I had trouble in the past.
I hope these tips help you link up with your family since I’m “just an ordinary demi-girl.” Let us know if you need any other help.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
