Natalie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi on one of my magic key passes I wrote the wrong last name for one of the guests. Does it matter or can I change it?

Hello, Natalie, and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you have Magic Key Passes to help you experience Disneyland Resort in the most magical way possible. And the perks of being a Magic Key holder are fabulous! One of the best discounts you'll get is on purchasing Genie+ Service. Not only does Genie+ offer you shorter wait times at many attractions, but it also gives you complimentary PhotoPass digital downloads. Talk about a great deal! And we all make mistakes, Natalie, so let's see what steps you can take to get the correct name on your passes.

Since tickets and passes are not transferrable, you won't be able to make changes online or in the mobile app. But if you call the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holders line, a helpful Cast Member should be able to change the unused pass when you explain your error. So I'm sending a sprinkle of pixie dust so you can get your party straightened out for a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth soon.

I hope you can check out the recently reimagined Mickey's Toontown, Natalie. This family-friendly land at Disneyland Park has plenty of exciting activities and shady break spots. And Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway is a must-do attraction there! This picnic gone wild will have you holding on for dear life and laughing all the way!

Natalie, thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and congratulations on those Magic Key Passes!
Please feel free to come back anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
