One of my magic key passes belongs to a child no longer in my care. What can be done

    Hi Andrea,

I'm a Magic Key holder along with my son. I really love the perks of the new annual pass program. For example, if you did not know, the Magic Key program includes discounts at select dining and merchandise locations throughout the Disneyland Resort, as well as access to the Magic Key Terrace

As a Magic Key holder myself, I recently had a parallel experience where a member of my family no longer had the ability to use their annual pass. Through my experience, I learned that, sadly, Magic Keys are not refundable nor transferable to someone else.

However, the child will continue to have access to their Magic Key through the pass's expiration date and will not need the original purchaser of the Magic Keys to accompany them on a future trip using the pass. If you want to ensure the child continues to have access to their Magic Key, you might share the Magic Key barcode or Ticket number so that the pass information can be loaded onto another Disneyland Mobile App.

Wishing you and your family the best. If you have any other questions about Disneyland Resort, please feel welcome to come back to planDisney.

    Best wishes,
