    One last ? We are staying at OKW from 1st-19th Aug. We won't be coming to WDW for a few yrs after this visit, I would love to eat at the new Itallian in EPCOT. What date is this restaurant due to open? Thank you for all your help!

    Hi Carly, Great news!

    According a recent article on the Disney Parks Blog:

    "The new restaurant at the Italy Pavilion in Epcot, Via Napoli, will begin taking reservations Aug. 6 for Sept. 10, the official opening day. A “Grand Opening” celebration will be Aug. 5, but the restaurant will be in a “soft opening” walk-in phase with no reservations between then and Sept. 10."

    Based on this, after August 5th, you can try the new Via Napoli on a walk-in basis for lunch and dinner.
