    One last question! We made our room request in July for ground floor but now would like to add looking onto a pool. No preference as to what pool just want that run from the heated pool to our room to be short in the chilly Dec air.

    If you'd like to add an additional room request to your reservation, be sure to give Disney a call at 407-939-7675 or contact your travel agent. Be sure to list your preferences in order of importance to you: such as ground floor, close to pool. Room assignments will take look at these requests and try to meet your requests. These requests are never guaranteed, but hopefully you'll have good luck!

    When you check in, be sure to mention your requests to the cast member at the resort as well.
