I have a one and a half year old, is it worth it to pay the extra ticket for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party or is it something more for when he's a little older?

Hello Nayvelis, welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Pane!

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a fun Christmas celebration for the whole family.  This special event starts at 7:00 pm and guests with special admission are welcome to arrive since 4:00 pm.

During this special event your son will be able to enjoy all the Christmas decorations and the snow falling on Main Street.  What I like most of this event is the low to moderate crowd levels that guests can experience - even more during late hours.
The parade and fireworks show feature beautiful light shows and music that stimulate all the senses of young kids.

Most nights this event features really low crowds, allowing guests to enjoy rides with little to no lines.  It is a really nice experience to feel that the park is just for you to enjoy.

To make the most of this magical night, I suggest taking a good midday nap before heading to Magic Kingdom.

This is also a great opportunity to take some awesome Christmas family photos.

Thank you for visiting and letting us help you plan a magical Christmas vacation at Walt Disney World.
Hope to hear again from you.
