In one of the guide books I'm reading, it said that a special promotion in 2009 featured a free one-day pass or gift card equivalent if you're celebrating a birthday. Is that still available? I have 2 b-days and an anniversary when we're there! Thnx!

    Hi Monica!

I have a bit of bad news. While the promotion for 2009 was a good one, it expired in December of 2009.  This year Disney parks had the Give a Day, Get a Disney Day promotion, which was so successful, the program already met it's goal of inspiring one million guests to volunteer! You are still encouraged to "give a day" in your community, however.

As for your vacation, Disney parks continues to celebrate all those special moments. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to mention your special occasions. Also, don't forget to pick up buttons for your family mentioning your celebrations at either your resort or the guest relations at the theme park you visit. You'll find cast members are especially friendly and will wish you happy birthdays and happy anniversaries along your way!

     Have a magical vacation!
