Hi! One of our guests will not be joining us. Can I change the name on our unused park hopper and reservation? If so, how?

I’m sorry for the friend who has to miss out on the fun, Mary Ann, but that’s a great turn of fortune for whoever gets to take his or her place!

This change is going to necessitate a phone call. You need to get in touch with the friendly folks at Disneyland Ticket Services (714) 781-4636 or Disneyland Resort Technical Support at (714) 520-6222. It’s best to be prepared (just ask Simba’s uncle, Scar!) for an unusually lengthy hold time when you make this call, Mary Ann. The good news, though, is that the friendly Cast Member you speak with should be able to make this change and get you all squared away.

I’m wishing you an extra memorable trip to The Happiest Place on Earth!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
