Hey Lorena!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you very much for bringing your question our way!
I’m sorry to hear that one of your friends is no longer able to visit the
Disneyland Resort with your group as previously planned. But no worries, if you purchased tickets and made reservations for your entire party. You are still able to cancel one of the reservations associated with your group without canceling the entire party. If you would like to cancel only one reservation, please log in to your Disneyland Account select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Cancel Reservation" next to the date you wish to cancel. While it may appear as if you are canceling the reservations for everyone in your party, in the next step you will be given the opportunity to select the specific person you are canceling the reservation for.
Unfortunately, canceling a
Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That’s because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their expiration date. You or your group member may book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. Because reservations are limited and subject to availability, I recommend checking the
Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day.
I hope this helps! Please head back to planDisney if you have any more questions!
