That sounds like the coolest thing ever! I haven't seen that exact thing but I have seen some of the kids guide books for Disney World that have quizzes, places for drawing pictures and even spots for scrapbooking. I've also seen a book called Guide to the Magic by Tim Foster that includes stickers!
However, your question reminded me of some other stuff INSIDE the parks. At Animal Kingdom your kids can visit 6 different
Kids Discovery Clubs. At each one there is an activity and when completed they receive a stamp! After getting all 6 stamps, they recieve a special prize! My kids felt like they were on a scavenger hunt!
At Epcot's World Showcase, you can visit a
Kidcot Fun Stop at each country. Here they make a souviner mask and add to it at every country! My kids STILL love to play with theirs!
So, all in all, there are tons of fun things to do with your little one before AND at Disney World! Have fun!
