Hello, Regina. I'm so glad you've stopped back by
planDisney to chat a little bit more about your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets.
Military tickets actually are a little bit different when it comes to this, Regina. My friend and fellow panelist,
Kristen N., is actually a military spouse so I wanted to reach out to her to get clarification on this for you. She advised me that your military tickets do not have the same rule as we discussed earlier on when your tickets need to be used up. The expiration date that you are seeing reflected, December 16, is truly the last day you are able to use your tickets.
I also found out that your military tickets are eligible to be upgraded to a
Walt Disney World Annual Pass. If they are released before you use up all of your tickets, you can certainly upgrade at that time. However, I did want to mention that your Annual Pass expiration date would be one year from the first date that you used your military tickets. So if you are splitting them up all year long and then the Walt Disney World Annual Passes don't open up for new sales for some time, it might not be worth it to you to upgrade this year. I think it will really depend on when the Annual Passes go back on sale and how many days you have left on your tickets.
Regina, I want to thank you for your service. Freedom is not free and I couldn't be more grateful for families like yours. If I can help you with anything else, again, don't hesitate to
reach back out to me. I'm happy to help.
Have a great week!
Jackie H.
