Family & Friends features in
My Disney Experience provide a convenient way to make, manage, and share plans together among your travel party. It sounds like perhaps you're running into an issue with getting a Guest connected to your My Family & Friends List.
One idea I can suggest is to try to add the family member with whom you want to share plans to your
My Family & Friends List. You can use the
"Add a Guest" feature, and you'll see that there are a few different options to add a Guest. One of the options is to add a Guest to your My Family & Friends List by adding their name and age and then using the "Invite this Guest to Connect" option to enter their email address. The Guest will receive
an email invitation to connect with you, and when they accept the invitation, they will be a part of your My Family & Friends List.
Darlene, it could be that this is something that you have already tried, and it could be that this is where you're running into an issue. On a few occasions, I've found it necessary to resend the email invitation to connect. If this doesn't help resolve the issue, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can offer you some technical assistance with your My Family & Friends List. You could also chat with a Cast Member using the
online chat service. A friendly Cast Member can look into the specific details of the Guest you are trying to add, and provide some guidance for you.
