Walt Disney World Resort restaurants have fantastic allergy-friendly menus that Guests can use to help them determine what they can safely enjoy during their meal. This is the perfect way to quickly and easily identify safe options on each menu. Allergy-friendly menus have recently been added to restaurant menus online and in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, but I have found that they aren't all updated yet. You can find menus by navigating to the restaurant's webpage and clicking the "View Menu" link. Allergy-friendly menus are generally located at the bottom of the menu and you will wheat-free options in the "Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly" section.
In general, you can expect that all dining locations can accommodate a wheat-free diet, but you can contact
Special Diets Team by emailing them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for information about your family member's specific dietary requirements. Keep in mind that menus are always subject to change, so you will definitely want to ask to see the latest menu when you arrive at a restaurant location. Also, be sure to add your special dietary request to your dining reservations by calling (407) 939-3463 and always let a Cast Member know of your dietary restriction when you arrive at a restaurant. Finally, feel free to ask for a Chef or Manager specializing in special diets for assistance in ordering a safe meal if you need additional help ordering.
