    We're on one of the Disney Star Wars cruise on the Fantasy next February, Woo Hoo. Do you know if there will be any thing on board to celebrate Chinese New Year or Mardis Gras? We're going on a family trip with 11 of us and can't wait

    Woo Hoo is right! You're in for an intergalactic, splashtacular time on your February sailing on the gorgeous Disney Fantasy! Not only will you experience all the magic of a Disney Cruise Line vacation, but the ship will be transported to a galaxy far, far away for Star Wars Day at Sea. The Force is strong with your vacation plans!

    As of now, there are no specific plans to celebrate Chinese New Year or Mardi Gras onboard. That being said, you can always celebrate in your own way by wearing Mardi Gras colors or decorating your stateroom door! Perhaps some Mardi Gras Mickey ears would do the trick? I've seen some cute ones on Etsy!

    If plans change, and they add any special events to celebrate, they'll be noted in your Personal Navigator, a detailed daily schedule delivered to your stateroom. I was onboard on St. Patrick's Day on one of our recent cruises, and there were some festive drink specials that evening on the ship. With eleven guests in your sailing party, you're sure to have a big celebration wherever you gather together!
