We have one dining reservation for 6 people under my name. Those 6 consist of two separate ticket/room reservations. All are on the quick service dining plan. How do I make sure the correct credits deducted from separate parties?

    Hi, Patricia!

Thanks so much for sending your question to Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are in for such a treat with your party of six dining together in Walt Disney World. Even better? That you'll be doing so using a Disney Dining Plan.

We often travel in larger groups, with several room reservations and different Dining Plans among us. When you are first seated, your server will ask if any of you are on a Dining Plan. At that point, be sure to specify that you'll need two separate checks, and point out which folks are on one check and which are on the other. This is also helpful if anyone in the group orders something in addition, such an enhancement or an additional beverage, and wants to charge that amount their Walt Disney World Resort hotel room account. You can also charge gratuities this way--so convenient!

When it comes time to pay for your magical meal, just one person per room reservation will need to use their MagicBand to access their Dining Plan entitlements and to charge anything to their room. Again, this system makes dining in Disney the easiest way to enjoy Walt Disney World Resort with no bags--just a Band!

Happy planning, Patricia! Send more questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
