So I got one day tickets to see both parks. I am going to the adventure park first and I already have a reservation for it. It does not allow me to reserve for the second park? Is that okay? I don't understand.

Hey there, Abigail. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for visiting us with your questions!

I’m delighted to hear you’ll be arriving at the Happiest Place on Earth in a few days. I visited the Disneyland Resort recently and I was taken aback by the immersive Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park; the interactive Character Experiences, delicious new food and beverage offerings, seeing “The Amazing Spider-Man” fly through the air high above the Campus are some of my recommend “must-do’s”.

It’s wonderful you’ll have a Park Hopper to experience both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day. It looks like you will be starting at Disney California Adventure Park in the morning. It will say “All Day” with the starting park listed under it when you access your Theme Park Reservations on the Disneyland mobile app. With a Park Hopper ticket, you will be able to hop across the Esplanade to Disney California Adventure Park after 1 PM. There is no additional park reservation for you to make. If you wish, you can even go back and forth between the parks later in the day.

I hope this information is helpful for you. Please feel free to stop by planDisney again if you have additional questions. Say hi to my pal Mickey Mouse for me, and have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon,

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
