Howdy Christina!
Welcome to planDisney. How exciting that you and your family are planning a trip to visit Mickey and his pals at the Magic Kingdom. There is nothing like stepping onto Main Street USA and seeing Cinderella’s Castle in the background. This is the perfect park for you and your 3-year-old. The first time they meet Mickey is so magical, you will never forget it. So let’s get to your question so you can continue your vacation planning.
I see you are looking for prices for one-day tickets to the Magic Kingdom for 3 adults and a child aged 3. Ticket prices are day and date-based, so the best way to determine ticket prices would be via the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app. I’ll walk you through the steps for both options.
Once you are on the
Walt Disney World website, hover your cursor over the Tickets & Parks tab and click Buy Theme Park Tickets. Here you will find options for theme park tickets and current specials. Select your ticket and click Continue. Next, you can choose the number of days and the start date for your tickets. Next, you will see additional options for your tickets, such as Park Hopper, then select the tickets for 3 adults and 1 child. Once you complete that, you can see the total for your tickets. If you select Continue, you can add Memory Maker to your tickets to access and download all PhotoPass photos from your visit.
In the
My Disney Experience app, click on the 3 bars (≡) at the bottom right-hand corner and click My Tickets & Passes. Tap the plus (+) button in the top right corner and hit select tickets. Here you will find all of your ticket options. Choose the option you would like, select the number of days, the start date, and the ticket type. Once you have entered the ticket quantity, you will see the total before adding items such as Memory Maker.
Since it looks like you will be spending 1 day at the Magic Kingdom, I would highly recommend purchasing the
Lightning Lane Multi Pass for your party so that you can spend less time waiting in lines and more time enjoying all of the shows and entertainment the parks have to offer. You can learn more about this option at the link I provided above. If you plan to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort or select hotels, you can purchase your passes up to 7 days before your arrival. If not, you can purchase them 3 days before your arrival.
Christina, I hope this helps you with your question about ticket prices and that you and your family have a magical time visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any further questions, stop back by, and my friends and I here at planDisney will be happy to help.
See ya real soon,
Robert
