One of my favorite things that Disney does for its Guests, like you and me, is that it somehow always makes magic happen. Disney World absolutely honors older theme park tickets. It’s my pleasure to share more about the process with you.
As long as there is some unused portion of your theme park tickets, you can apply that remaining value toward current Disney Parks day tickets. I’ll take a wild guess that tickets are priced differently now versus the 1990s, so be prepared to pay the difference. The easiest way to check your tickets’ worth is to do so in person at a theme park ticket window, Guest Relations, or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Be ready to present your ticket information. Of course, if you’d like to know sooner than later, there are other options for you, too.
You can also send Disney Cast Members a quick photo of the front and back of all of your party’s theme park tickets. The specific email address is Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Make sure to include as much info as possible, such as the Guests’ names, purchase date, and anything else unique to your tickets. The ticket value check and transfer could also be done over the phone by calling the
Tickets hotline linked on the Help webpage.
