Hi Rachna,
I have to be honest with you. Although I've been to BOTH water parks, I've never even thought about going to both on the same day. I guess you could do them both on one day, depending on the time of year you were traveling, but there are a couple of things to think about:
- Will you have a car, or are you relying on bus transportation? If you're riding the buses, there's no direct way to get to one park from the other. You'll have to go to a resort first. Another option would be to take a cab.
- What time of year are you traveling. During peak season (especially summer) the parks can reach capacity. I'm just concerned that if you left Typhoon Lagoon during the heat of the afternoon, you might find that Blizzard Beach is at capacity.
I think that you could, technically, do both parks in one day, but I don't know if it's something you'll really want (or need) to do. My advice is to choose just one and start there. I think you'll find that your kids don't want to leave - I know mine have a tendency to pick the same slide over and over. If that's not the case and everyone gets bored, then consider switching.
If you're set on doing the two parks, I would start with Typhoon Lagoon. That way, if Blizzard Beach is at capacity, you can consider playing a round of golf at Winter Summerland. It costs extra, but it's a lot of fun, and you won't have to do any more traveling to get there.
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
