Hi I have 2 one day peak tickets that we didn't use due to covid. They expired dec 2020 but I was told that I could redeem them and use now . How do I do this?

    Hi Kate, welcome to planDisney!

COVID impacted many Guests' planned Disney vacations, including my own, so I completely know how you must be feeling. You'll be happy to know that the Disneyland Resort has been monitoring its health and safety conditions, and has been adjusting their COVID-19 health and safety protocols accordingly!

But back to your question, I have good news! As long as your theme park tickets are new and unused, you've got options. Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Just visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths and the amazing Cast Members can help you apply your tickets towards the purchase of new standard theme park tickets! Another option is to try calling the Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636.

And as you move forward to purchase new tickets, I do want to mention the Disney Genie+ service which can be added on. Genie+ allows you to skip the standby lines for most attractions and use the Lightning Lane entrances. Lightning Lane entrances have been set up throughout the parks. They give you quicker entry to certain attractions usually resulting in less time spent waiting in line. AND with Genie+ you also get unlimited Disney PhotoPass Digital Downloads! Definitely something to consider!

    See ya real soon!
