Hey Laurie!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question our way!
I am sorry to hear that your plans changes, but you may cancel your
Theme Park Reservations for the
Disneyland Resort and book a new Theme Park Reservation for a later date. Because reservations are limited and subject to availability, I recommend checking the
Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day. Unfortunately, canceling your Theme Park Reservation does not trigger a refund. That is because theme park tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of their stated expiration date.
But, even if you're unable to visit before your tickets expire, don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, if your tickets expire before your next trip, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth upon arrival and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
I hope this helps!
