Michelle from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a one day pass scheduled for February 4th too EPCOT, but I recently saw the promotion of a 2 day pass for $175 for Florida residents. Would I be able to upgrade to the two day pass even if I already purchased my one day ticket?

Hi Michelle! Thank you for reaching out to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort visit is almost here! You are coming at such a great time. This year, the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is running from January 13th to February 20, 2023. This is right in the middle of your visit! I will be visiting this festival for the very first time myself this year and I personally cannot wait to experience the Disney on Broadway Concert Series and snack at all of the Food Studios.

There are usually Special Offers and discounts available at the Walt Disney World Resort. As a Florida resident, you also likely know about the offers that are available exclusively for you! Tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but you are usually able to change the dates or upgrade the ticket type before your visit.

Before I tell you how to do this, I want to make you aware that the specific deal you are referring to is for weekdays only. I see that the date that you are visiting is on February 4, 2023, which is a Saturday. This particular pass will not be valid on that date. However, if you are looking to change your dates to a weekday, you will likely be able to take advantage of this deal. If you are still set on visiting that particular weekend and would like to take advantage of a discount, there may still be a promotion that applies to you. Simply check out the discounts page for Florida residents on the Walt Disney World website for details. Please note that all offers are subject to change and based on availability.

If you decide to change your tickets and/or dates, the best way to do so is to log in to your My Disney Experience account on a computer. Once you have logged in, follow these simple steps:

    • Select "My Plans" under the "My Disney Experience" option in the menu bar at the top.
    • Select "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets."
    • Click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker."
    • You should now be able to see all of the members of your travel party. Simply click "Change Ticket."
    • Select all of the names whose tickets you'd like to change and press "Continue."
    • You'll now be able to change dates, add days, and/or upgrade your tickets.
It is important to note that tickets to the Walt Disney World Resort change depending on the date(s) you are visiting. If the price of the tickets for your new dates is more expensive, you will be responsible for the additional cost. In addition, no refunds or credits will be given if your new dates are less expensive than the old ones.

Once you have changed your ticket, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations for every member of your travel party for every day you are planning to go to the parks.

If you would like additional help, you can reach out to the friendly Cast Members at Disney's Guests Relations and they will be happy to assist you.

I hope that you enjoy your artistic visit to EPCOT!

One little spark of inspiration is at the heart of all creation,
    Matt
