Hello Kenya,
It sounds like you have a great, big, beautiful tomorrow ahead of you with a visit to the Disneyland Resort! It also sounds like you're wanting to make a theme park reservation for a theme park ticket you purchased previously, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue in making a reservation.
Because you mention that the theme park ticket you purchased previously is a 1-day theme park ticket, the one tip I'll offer is to
take a look at the valid use dates for 1-day tickets. You'll be able to take a look to see if there are any blockout dates that might apply to your ticket type and its tier.
Depending on the details of the theme park ticket you purchased -- when you purchased the ticket, when the ticket expires, and the ticket type -- there could something else going on with the issue you're seeing. My suggestion would be to give a call to the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 to review the details of your ticket with a Cast Member.
You'll also want to be sure that your theme park ticket is
linked to your Disneyland Resort account. You'll also want to take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure that the theme parks have reservations that are available for you to select for the dates you wish to visit. You can use the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system and the "Make Park Reservations" feature for those who have already purchased theme park tickets.
Kenya, I'm hopeful that you're able to make your theme park reservations to enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort!
Jerry
