Hiya Amy!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for sending us your question! I am so glad that you are coming back to the Walt Disney World Resort, and you have picked an especially magical time to visit with
The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. You will also get here just in time for the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, my favourite! You have to try the Frushi from the Japan pavilion. It is my all-time favourite snack from this festival!
Now let's talk about your tickets! I know tickets can get a bit confusing, but we're in this together. First, you will need to use those credited tickets to purchase new tickets and might have to pay a price difference. To do this, I would suggest
calling a Cast Member directly at (407) 939-7679 as you would either be able to credit those tickets on the phone with them or in person at a ticketing window. Since you are not in Florida currently, calling in would be your best option. Once the tickets are credited and you have your new tickets, you will be able to
link them to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, simply hover your cursor over the "My Disney Experience" tab and click on "My Plans." If you scroll down the page, you should see a blue tab that says "Add More Plans." When you click on "
Link Reservations and Packages," you will be able to select the "Tickets" option and enter the ID number of your new tickets!
Once your tickets are linked to your account, you will be ready to
make theme park reservations. The best way to do this is by simply going on the Walt Disney World Resort website and clicking on "Theme Park Reservations" in the "Parks and Tickets" tab. Then, you will be able to click on "Make a Park Reservation" and plan your magical vacation! Just be sure to
check theme park availability before making your reservations, so you don't get any surprises, and you'll be all set. Just remember that if you have any issues, you can always
contact a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, and they will be able to help. I always say that Cast Members are real-life Fairy Godparents because they can genuinely help you with anything!
I hope this was helpful, Amy, and that you can get back to planning your magical vacation as soon as possible. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, don't hesitate to reach out. You're as welcome as can be! I hope that you and your family create the most magical memories on your next visit, and we'll see ya real soon.
Have a magical DAIsy,
Ariane
