Hi! I have a one day one park ticket for Wednesday June 15. I was wondering if I could upgrade to the 3 day California ticket?

    Hi Zainab!

Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Ticket question to us hEAR at planDisney!

Oh Boy! This is a great question, Zainab, because it means that you're thinking of adding more Disney days to your summer calendar! How exciting! The verbiage to the rules of this special 2022 Summer California Resident Ticket Offer doesn't say that you can't upgrade from one ticket type to this one. Officially, the *majority of admission tickets (*complimentary/media tickets are excluded) are eligible to be upgraded to any other offer type as long as the new ticket is the same price or higher than the original ticket. I've actually upgraded a Military 1-day, 1-park ticket to a promo park hopper ticket before, so I'm going to say that yes, this is highly possible. However, I'm not an official Cast Member in the Ticketing center so I can't say it's a 100% guarantee. Your best bet will be to reach out to the Ticket Helpline at (714) 781-4636.

You can also wait until the 15th to make this upgrade in person at the Disneyland Resort ticket booths. My advice would be to enter the theme park first with the Park Pass Reservation that you've already made that day, enjoy your magical morning, and then inquire about the upgrade after the morning rush has cooled down. As long as you make the upgrade before the parks close for the night you should be in the clEAR. The Pro Tip hEAR is if you try to upgrade before you enter the park that morning, your existing ticket becomes voided to create the new one, which also cancels out your existing Park Pass Reservation for the day. Next week appears to be booked pretty solid according to the Park Pass Availability Calendar, I'd hate for you to lose out on that day due to an upgrade.

I hope that this answer helps, Zainab! I am in full support of anyone and everyone being able to add three times the magic when and where they can.
