Hi Posture! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
If you bought two 1-day standard admission tickets to Disneyland Resort, rather than a 2-day ticket, you are subject to the
tier assignments and blockout dates, in addition to the availability of parks and dates, which can fill up during popular times of the year. I checked, and your preferred date is still available for both parks according to the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and it does not fall on a blockout date for any tier. You should be able to make a theme park reservation.
I suspect this means you already made your
theme park reservation, which is why it isn't letting you make a new one. Currently, when you purchase tickets from Disney, you're asked to select your park and date at the time of purchase, creating a reservation. To check if you have an existing reservation, sign in to your Disneyland Resort account and hover over "My Disneyland" at the upper right side of the page. Select "Ticket and Reservation Details" and click "Make or Modify Park Reservations." You should see your theme park reservation there, and if you don't you can book one. If you don't see a reservation and encounter the same difficulty attempting to make a reservation again, please feel free to call the dedicated
Tickets phone line. A helpful Cast Member will be happy to assist you with your questions.
On your visit, you might begin to see some signs of the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort beginning to pop up. It's a magical time of year to visit the parks. Hopefully, you'll get a peek at some festive decor and maybe a treat or two. Check out the
Disney Parks Blog for all the official news related to the upcoming season in the parks.
Have a magical day.
