Hiya, Maria,The COVID-19 pandemic certainly had an impact on a lot of things, including inducing a more than a year-long closure of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. I'm sorry this affected you too. My family also had passes that were interrupted due to the closure in March 2020. I'm glad that The Happiest Place on Earth was finally able to safely reopen to Guests.To accommodate Guests who had valid theme park tickets at the time the Disneyland Resort closed due to the pandemic, most regular tickets had their expiration date extended for some time after the theme parks reopened in 2021. I understand those expiration extension dates have since passed.However, there are a few things that could be done to verify for certain the validity of your tickets. If you have your ticket ID, you may open "My Tickets & Passes" in the Disneyland mobile app, tap the '+' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and use the "Link Tickets & Passes" feature to scan or type in your ticket information. If the ticket is still valid, it will be loaded into the app and the current expiration date of the ticket should be displayed there.Another course of action is to call the Disneyland Resort Tickets phone line to inquire about your specific tickets. If you happen to be visiting the Disneyland Resort in person, you may also ask at the main entrance ticket booths. For such inquiries, I recommend taking your photo ID and the original form of payment used for the ticket purchase. Those can sometimes be helpful for the Cast Member to look up the ticket information on their computers.I hope you have success in finding out about your theme park tickets, Maria. If you need new tickets, there are a couple of special promotional offers available now. One is for Southern California residents who live in ZIP codes 90000 to 93599, available through May 15, 2025.
