I have one day left on my magic band from December 2016, can I still use it

    Hi, Nancy!

Without knowing exactly what tickets you might have on your My Disney Experience account, I cannot give you a definite answer. Generally, most WDW theme park tickets will expire 14 days after first use, so left-over days simply fall off after that 14 day period. What I do not know is if this was an older ticket that has the (now retired) "no expiration" option which would make it valid.

Start with doing a quick check on your My Disney Experience account under the "My Reservations and Tickets"  then check the "Tickets and Passes" area to see if that ticket is listed. It will not give details of remaining days, but the ticket should be listed if it is still valid.

Your best option is to call the internet help desk at (407)939-7765. You will need to know the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account. Hopefully the friendly cast members who will take your call can let you know what you have remaining.

I hope you find a magical day still hanging onto your account! If not, no worries, theme park tickets are always available online for purchase for you next visit to see Mickey Mouse!
