Hi Joni! Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with this great question! With countless ticket offers over the years, there are many different terms and conditions for each package that was purchased. With your original tickets dating back to 1995, you'll need to speak with a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort to get to the bottom of it. I suggest
calling the Existing Tickets line and informing them of your current situation. Since you mentioned that these tickets do not have an expiration date, there may be a great chance that you will be able to use them in some capacity for your upcoming stay!
I'm sure as you noticed, planning a trip now is much different than it used to be. In fact,
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park was not open yet during your mid-90s stay. In addition to selecting your Disney Resorts hotel and ticket package, you can begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations 60 days in advance. With your trip less than a month away, you can get started on booking them as soon as possible. Disney Genie+ will also be a consideration when you arrive for your visit. This service allows you to bypass the standby queue on select attractions which helps maximize your time in the parks. This can be purchased each day of your stay.
Joni, once you get your tickets squared away, you'll need to make
theme park reservations for each day you visit the parks. In addition to a valid ticket, reservations will be required for the remainder of this year.
I hope you have a magical day!
