    I have only one day at Epcot. I'm kind of a fussy eater. What restaurants should I choose?

    Hi Lara,

    I think one of the best counter service restaurants at Epcot is Sunshine Seasons since it offers many selections:  Asian, soup/salad, sandwiches, grilled items, grab 'n go items, and desserts.  It is also one of the few counter service restaurants where you are allowed free refills on your fountain drinks!

    As for a table-service restaurant, each of the World Showcase countries offers a restaurant that reflects the individual flavors of the countries; you may want to explore each of them to see what would match your preferences. If you click here, you can "visit" each of the restaurants at Epcot.
