Hi we have one day at Disneyland March 7th. Do you think parks will be busy since it closes early for the special event?

Hi Humverto! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

These days it's hard to predict which park days will be the most popular, but I took a look at theme park availability, and it appears that your preferred park date is full for both parks. It sounds like a popular day!

Previously, it was often the case that the park that closed early for a special event would be less popular, but Disneyland Park is unavailable for park reservations just like Disney California Adventure Park, so I don't think you'll see much difference in popularity. Potentially, Guests will Park Hop over to Disney California Adventure Park in the afternoon, anticipating the early closure, however, which might make those Attraction wait times slightly lower in Disneyland Park. But there's no real predicting those times. You can quickly check wait times on the Disneyland mobile app.

Disneyland Park is closing early for Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite. While this event is sold out, tickets currently are still available for Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite, which my family attended last year. Guests often enjoy lower wait times, special Character Meet & Greets and photo opportunities, entertainment, and unique menu items. If you're a fan, it's definitely a can't-miss night.

May the Force be with you.
