Hi there, Teri, and welcome to planDisney - second Happiest Place on Earth after the Disneyland Resort (at least, in my opinion!).
The
Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket offer is such a great option to enjoy the parks for eligible Guests! There are a couple of details I wanted to point out with this special offer though. First, as of the time that I'm answering your question, these tickets are valid for three weekdays (one park per day) and expire on May 25, 2023. Park reservations are required and these special offer tickets are not valid on weekends.
Second, they are valid only for Southern California residents within ZIP codes 90000-93599 and Northern Baja California residents within ZIP codes 21000-22999. Proof of eligible residency, including a valid government-issued photo ID, is required for both purchase and admission.
Currently, there are no special offers available for Southern California residents that offer the Park Hopper option - this special offer is for one park per day. Since the SoCal ticket offer costs less than a standard theme park ticket, there is no option to upgrade to it from a standard ticket. My suggestion would be to enjoy your one-day Park Hopper ticket, and then if you have three weekdays between now and May 25 that you could visit the Disneyland Resort then definitely look into the SoCal special offer as well!
With so much happening at the Happiest Place on Earth, you'll have no shortage of fun things to do when you visit. Not only is the
Disney100 celebration in full swing, but
Mickey's Toontown recently just re-opened, and the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is occurring through April 25.
I hope this was helpful, Teri! Thank you again for your question and for stopping by to see us here at planDisney. Have a fantastic time visiting the Disneyland Resort!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
