Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Linking your resort reservation to your
My Disney Experience account is the first step in getting your plans in place before your trip. So I'm sorry to hear that you're having a hard time getting that done.
It sounds like the other three people in your party could very well be linked to the reservation for your second room, and that may be why you're having trouble linking them. If that is the case, then you probably have another reservation number that also needs to be linked to your account. Even if this isn't the case, you're going to need to make a quick phone call for some assistance in order to get to the bottom of your issue. My suggestion would be to
call the reservation line first and see if there is a second reservation number and if so, this should be an easy fix for you. If there isn't one, then you'll probably need some assistance from the technical support team, and the Cast Member assisting you should be able to transfer you to them.
