I have a ? about one of your answers. To be clear, if I book a trip for June now and they come out with a promotion, disney will adjust my price if I call. Is that right? Does that even include Free Dining or the pay 4 nights and get 3 free? Hope so!

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for your question, I appreciate your request for clarification because the reservation system can be confusing!

I guess the best answer is "it depends".  There has to be availability during your dates of travel for that specific promotion for them to be able to apply the promotional deal.  When promotions are released they typically are for a certain number of rooms at each of the resorts included in the promotion.  If your current resort doesn't have any more "promotional" rooms available, you would either have to switch to a resort that does (to get the deal) or keep your current reservation at the original rate.  If you modify your reservation to take advantage of a promotional deal, they will apply any deposits and payments you have already made to your new reservation.

This would apply to any sort of promotion released by Disney, like the free dining, or the pay four get three free deals we've seen this year.

Don't forget that you need to make the call check availability of promotional deals, they are not automatically applied to existing reservations.

    Hope this helps!
