We have only one adult in our group that is willing to ride the tower of terror and 3 kids that want to try (but I'm almost certain that at least 1 will back out.) Can a non riding adult go through the line all the way up to the actual ride?

    Hi Rebecca!

I love this question! It makes me picture in my mind the many times we have been in line for a ride one of our children or grandchildren insisted they HAD to go on, only to get to the front and have to turn back because he got nervous and changed his mind at the last possible moment. We have had this very thing happen with our four-year-old granddaughter and the Haunted Mansion more than once!

I think your idea is a good one. Because of the possibility of one of your kids backing out of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, I would highly suggest a non-riding adult go through the line with the group just in case. You certainly wouldn't want the one adult in line with them to have to turn back and leave the other two kids to ride alone. If all three kids end up getting on the ride, the extra adult can simply make her way out of line, head back to the meeting spot or go enjoy some alone time doing something she likes--like shopping at Disney's Hollywood Studios--while she waits. Sounds like a great plan!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please come back if we can help in any way. Best wishes for a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
