Virginia, as your Theme Park Tickets are used or expire, they will no longer show up in the Tickets and Passes section of your
My Disney Experience account. Since you stated that the Theme Park Ticket you are trying to use is linked to your husband, it will need to be reassigned to you before you can use it to make any reservations or plans. Once reassigned, it should give you the option to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation under your account. Additionally, this may require you to connect with your husband through the
Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience Account. You can reassign the Theme Park Ticket in your
My Disney Experience mobile app by navigating to the Tickets and Passes section, locating the ticket you’d like to modify, and choosing the “reassign ticket” option. If this option is available, complete the remaining prompts, and you’re all set! If all of the above doesn’t work, I recommend that you speak with an
Existing Tickets Cast Member for further assistance.
