Once a reservation is made, can I add someone else to the room (as long as we don't exceed the normal occupancy)?

    Hi Barbara!

Plans change all the time for guests when they are planning a Walt Disney World vacation. You can easily change the names of who is going to be in your room and also add or delete names. You are correct about not being able to add more to your reservation then the room permits. Disney is very strict on this rule as they adhere to the fire codes.

You can check the Disney Resort where you have your reservation at for the number they allow in each room. You can then call central reservations, 407-W-Disney, or change the number of guests on your My Disney Experience account. You would do the same if you were to delete a guest from the reservation.

It is also best to reserve your dining to include as many persons as you think might be a part of your vacation party. Once you have made a dining reservation it is very difficult to increase that number.

Hopefully, everyone will be able to join you on this upcoming Disney vacation!
