Once you have a park reservation, does it expire once you leave that park? Or are you able to leave the park, go back to your hotel for a nap, and go back to that same park using the existing reservation?

    Hi there, Richard!

Thank you for visiting planDisney with your great question about Disney Park Pass theme park reservations. I am thrilled to help you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

Richard, you may be happy to know that your Disney Park Pass theme park reservation will not expire or be removed from your My Disney Experience account if you decide to leave the theme park you are visiting for the day and then return later. You will be able to leave the theme park, take a nap, and then go back after your nap, Richard. In fact, I recommend Guests do this all the time!

My family loves taking mid-day breaks at our Disney Resorts Collection hotel. We use this time to nap, have lunch, or take a dip in one of the fabulous Disney pools. If you decide to do the same, you will feel refreshed and ready for more theme park fun, Richard! Naps are pretty magical.

If you have any additional questions or need help navigating the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, please visit planDisney again. We are all EARS!

Wishing you a Magical Vacation — and Nap,
