Halloween snacks, the
EPCOT InternationalFood and Wine Festival, and all the spirited fun of the season!
Marylou, staying as a guest at a Disney Resort hotel allows you to connect your resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account in order to take advantage of
Direct to Room Service, Disney's online check-in service. Once you've completed your online check-in, you'll receive notifications updating you when your resort room is ready, and when it's time, you can go directly to your assigned room and use your
My Disney Experience mobile app to
unlock the door!
To be sure you won't have any problems, here are the steps you'll want to take to access your room:
- Be sure your Bluetooth is turned on
- Open the My Disney Experience mobile app and select the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
- Click on "Hotel Reservations"
- Scroll down and click on "Unlock Door"
- Agree to use your device to unlock your door
- Hold your mobile device against the door to access your room
Marylou, if you do run into any issues accessing your room, you'll need to stop by the front desk of your resort and let them know. You can also use a linked
MagicBand to access your room, or request a Key to the World Card from the front desk to open your door if you prefer!
