Once you have a dinning reservation, what happens if one of the guests doesn't show up? Will we be charged? On the contrary, if one extra guest shows off, will they let her in? Thanks!

    Hi Ofelia,

I've had both of these scenarios happen to me on many occasions; I either meet up with someone I know at the park and take them with me to dinner, OR someone I thought was coming to dinner with me has to cancel for some reason.  I have not been charged for one person in either situation.

If you already know that you need to add another person to your dining party, I would try to call Disney Dining at 407-939-1947. I have never had an issue bringing an additional person with me to dinner.  I don't make it a common practice because I know that the restaurant may have to adjust their seating arrangements to accommodate a larger party.  However, the magic of Disney does reach their restaurants and the Castmembers always try to make their guests happy.  Please keep in mind that you'll probably have a longer wait for your table while adjustments are being made.

I hope this helps.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical day!
