Hi Jaqueline,
Not only are rides and attractions included in your admission price to
Walt Disney World, with admission tickets you also get the opportunity to choose three
FastPass+ reservations in advance for no additional cost. A FastPass+ allows you to skip the standby line and proceed to an express line that has little or no wait. I like to use FastPass+ for the most popular attractions and usually schedule them in the afternoon, when the crowds have started to build.
You also can take advantage of complimentary transportation between the theme parks, and, to save money, you can bring your own nonalcoholic beverages and snacks into the parks with you. (Just no outside alcohol or glass containers).
You'll always find a way to spend more money on extras if you want, including special tours or shopping or dining. But rest assured that none of the rides will cost you extra.
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jaqueline. It sounds like you may be planning your first Walt Disney World vacation, so stop back as often as necessary. We're always happy to share our experiences and expertise.
Enjoy,
Wilma
