Hi Linda,
Welcome back to planDisney! I am excited to hear that you have purchased those theme park tickets and are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort!
If you have not done so already, you need to create a
My Disney Experience account. Once you create that account, be sure to create profiles for the friends and/or family traveling with you unless they have their own My Disney Experience accounts. If you create profiles for them, you can select the option to manage their plans. If they have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you will need to connect with their account through the
Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience.
Once you have everyone listed and/or linked in My Disney Experience, you can assign tickets to their profiles. You should have received an email confirmation with your ticket numbers. Once those tickets are assigned, you can then set up digital passes that can be used for theme park entry in
Disney MagicMobile via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Or, you can purchase
MagicBand+ for each member of your party. As much as I value the digital pass option, we actually prefer MagicBand+ because it leaves us less dependent on our cell phones.
Linda, as you continue to plan your visit, I hope you have considered a staycation! Even if you do not live far away, spending a night or two in one of the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels would give you a chance to truly immerse yourselves in the Disney magic. Disney's Art of Animation and Disney's Pop Century Resorts are super cute and have access to the
Disney Skyliner in addition to
Walt Disney World® Bus Service. I love the Big Blue Pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. It is
gorgeous!
Happy planning and please drop back by to see us again real soon!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
