Hiya Elizabeth - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you from around the globe plan magical Walt Disney World Resort holidays!
There is so much to be excited about right now at Walt Disney World Resort! The 50th Anniversary Celebration is going strong with new entertainment, food, and attractions, including my new favorite -
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind - it's a blast!
The
Disney Park Pass System helps Walt Disney World Resort manage attendance and ensure that every Guest has a magical experience in the four Theme Parks. At this time, there are no penalties associated with
not using a Park Pass Reservation you have made at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park. Of course, as you mention, as soon as you know you won't be visiting, please cancel any Park Pass Reservations you will not use so they can be made available to other Guests. Also, if you decide to not visit a Theme Park on a day you'd planned to and have a multi-day ticket, be sure to make a new Park Pass Reservation for another day within your ticket's valid use window.
This policy, like most things, is subject to change, so you'll want to be sure to read any Terms & Conditions in place at the time you purchase your
Theme Park Tickets and make your Park Pass Reservations.
I hope this information is helpful as you continue planning -
please let me know if I can help answer any additional questions!
